In observance of Eid al-Adha 1447 H, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM) delivered Qurban Inspirasi 2026, a humanitarian and religious initiative supporting vulnerable families and orphaned children in Kampung Poncol, Bekasi.

The program was implemented in collaboration with PT Insight Investments Management, with assistance from Yayasan Al-Maghfirah BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as the local partner. Through this collaboration, the organizations combined resources and community networks to deliver qurban assistance to people experiencing economic hardship.

For this year’s program, YIIM provided one Bali cow weighing approximately 360–400 kilograms. The resulting meat was allocated for distribution to an estimated 120–150 beneficiaries in Kampung Poncol and its surrounding communities.

The assistance primarily reached low-income residents, vulnerable families, and orphaned children. By distributing qurban meat to these groups, the program sought to improve access to nutritious food while sharing the spirit and joy of Eid al-Adha with community members who may have limited access to meat in their daily diets.

The animal was processed at Rumah Pemotongan Hewan Amanah Bersama Agro in Bekasi City. The slaughterhouse is reported to meet national standards and hold halal certification from the Indonesian Ulema Council, supporting a safe, appropriate, and accountable qurban process.

Beyond the distribution of food, Qurban Inspirasi 2026 strengthened the values of solidarity, mutual support, and social responsibility. The program demonstrated how collaboration among nonprofit organizations, the private sector, donors, and community partners can respond directly to local needs.

A representative of Yayasan Al-Maghfirah expressed appreciation for the support provided by YIIM and PT Insight Investments Management, noting that the assistance brought benefits and happiness to community members and orphaned children in Kampung Poncol.

Qurban Inspirasi 2026 forms part of YIIM’s commitment to delivering inclusive social and religious programs with tangible benefits for communities. It also illustrates how corporate social responsibility initiatives can be connected with trusted local partners to ensure that support reaches its intended recipients.

The program contributes directly to SDG 2 on Zero Hunger by helping vulnerable households access nutritious food. It also supports SDG 10 on Reduced Inequalities by prioritizing communities facing social and economic vulnerability, as well as SDG 17 on Partnerships for the Goals through collaboration across civil society, the private sector, and community-based organizations.

Through Qurban Inspirasi 2026, YIIM hopes to strengthen food security, foster greater social solidarity, and encourage more sustainable collaborations that place community welfare at the centre of collective action.
