Gempita Ramadhan 2026 Brings Food Assistance and Clean-Water Support to Vulnerable Communities

To welcome the holy month of Ramadan, Yayasan Inspirasi Indonesia Membangun (YIIM), supported by PT Insight Investments Management, delivered Gempita Ramadhan 2026 through two activities designed to spread compassion, happiness, and the spirit of sharing with vulnerable communities.
The program began with the distribution of essential food packages in Rumpin District, Bogor Regency, on Thursday, 5 March 2026. A total of 100 vulnerable households received packages containing staple foods for their daily needs.
The assistance was intended to help reduce household expenditure and ease the financial pressure experienced by low-income families during Ramadan. It also represented a practical expression of solidarity with community members facing economic hardship.
The second activity was an iftar gathering held at Al Andalusia Orphanage on Wednesday, 11 March 2026. The gathering provided an opportunity for YIIM, its partners, and the children to share a Ramadan meal and strengthen their relationships in a warm and inclusive setting.
During the event, YIIM provided financial assistance to 50 children residing at the orphanage. The support was intended to contribute to their welfare while allowing them to experience the joy and togetherness associated with Ramadan.
YIIM also donated a submersible water pump to support the orphanage’s daily operations, particularly its access to clean water. Unlike short-term assistance, the equipment provides a practical resource that can continue benefiting the children and the institution beyond the Ramadan period.
Through its combination of food assistance, financial support, shared meals, and essential infrastructure, Gempita Ramadhan 2026 responded to several dimensions of community well-being. The program addressed immediate household needs while also supporting a longer-term operational requirement at the orphanage.
The initiative contributes to SDG 1 on No Poverty by supporting economically vulnerable households, SDG 2 on Zero Hunger through the distribution of staple foods and shared meals, and SDG 6 on Clean Water and Sanitation through the provision of a submersible water pump. Collaboration between YIIM, PT Insight Investments Management, local communities, and the orphanage also reflects SDG 17 on Partnerships for the Goals.
Through Gempita Ramadhan 2026, YIIM hopes to bring happiness, reduce the burden experienced by vulnerable families and children, and inspire more people and organizations to share their resources during the holy month.
The program reaffirms YIIM’s commitment to delivering meaningful social and religious initiatives that respond to immediate needs, strengthen community relationships, and improve quality of life through practical and sustainable assistance.
Salam Inspirasi!
